The Leadership Team, comprised of 4-6 volunteer members, coordinate the Volunteer Administrators' Network. Positions include President, Vice-President, Membership Chair, Scholarship Chair, Conference Chair, and Volunteer Center Liaison. The Leadership Team members serve terms of one year with the possibility of a second year, as elected by VAN membership.

- Actively promotes VAN to build membership
- Remains aware of needs, interests and concerns of members
- Recruit meeting hosts and identifies networking breakfast locations
- Provides refreshments for lunch
